Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee various building projects within the residential sector. This role requires a solid background in construction management and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in residential construction is essential.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily conducted outdoors.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions including cold, heat, and dust.
  • Work settings may be noisy and require adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of trade subcontractors.
  • Conduct inspections of subcontractor work to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Oversee a team of 3-4 contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Certifications
