Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security & Risk Management Specialist to become a vital part of Worldline's global Merchant Services division, specifically within our 2nd Line of Defense Team.

Our team comprises dedicated professionals eager to collaborate and innovate.   • Serve as the primary contact for local business units regarding risk and security matters.
  • Oversee and contribute to the enhancement of the IT/security risk management and internal control frameworks, including relevant tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001, implementing necessary measures.
  • Conduct regular operational and security risk assessments to validate effectiveness, identify potential risks, and promote ongoing improvement.
  • Assist in quarterly enterprise risk management evaluations.
  • Supervise, govern, and assess the security maturity of key suppliers.
  • Support the Risk and Information Security initiatives of the Merchant Services Security Organization within your scope.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, IT Security, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk, information security, security risk management, or cybersecurity roles.
  • Proven expertise in relevant risk and security frameworks, such as COSO, ISO 27001, PCI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in risk/security (CISA, CISM, or CISSP).
  • Familiarity with the payments industry.
