  • Engage with business partners to anticipate revenue, estimate project costs, and analyze project margins, while documenting and explaining variances.
  • Illuminate critical KPIs for Operations Management, transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Oversee segments of the budgeting process for Regional Sales, Marketing, and Operations, collaborating closely with Operations leadership.
  • Demonstrate your proficiency in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, addressing variances, and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Integrate new acquisitions into consolidated reporting seamlessly.
  • Refine existing financial reports to convey key messages, insights, and trends effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) is essential.
  • Several years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to communicate financial results clearly to non-financial team members.
  • Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Preferred: Experience with PowerBI, Great Plains, Prophix.
  • Preferred: Background in the SaaS or Software industry.
  • Preferred: Experience in global organizations (multi-currency, multi-entity).
