Telecommunications Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of telecommunications products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for telecommunications products and services.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell telecommunications products and services.
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements for telecommunications infrastructure.
- Deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our telecommunications products and services.
- Conduct sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and payments.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, leveraging our online platforms to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Provide input into product design, ensuring that our telecommunications products and services meet the needs of our clients.
- Troubleshoot problems related to telecommunications equipment, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, leveraging our marketing channels to drive awareness and interest in our telecommunications products and services.
- Provide customer service, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support for their telecommunications needs.
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Provides visual accessibility accommodations, such as braille or screen readers, to ensure equal access to our telecommunications products and services.
- Provides auditory accessibility accommodations, such as transcription software or teletypewriters, to ensure equal access to our telecommunications products and services.
- Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, such as those from Ukraine or Afghanistan.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth, providing guidance and support to ensure successful career outcomes.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans, promoting understanding and respect for their experiences and contributions.
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, promoting economic development and social inclusion.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates regardless of age.
- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful career outcomes.
