Telecommunications Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc. As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling telecommunications services and solutions to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of sales and orders for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Prepare sales or other contracts for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Deliver sales presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support.
- Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services to customers and stakeholders.
- Provide customer service and support to customers and stakeholders.
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
- Provides visual accessibility accommodations (for example: braille, screen readers, etc.).
- Provides auditory accessibility accommodations (for example: transcription software, teletypewriters, etc.).
- Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.).
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.).
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
