Member Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, making recommendations to members and promoting our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in community events and initiatives, promoting Westoba Credit Union's presence and building relationships with local businesses and organizations.

- A Grade 12 diploma, plus relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
