At STAR TECH INFOSYSTEMS LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Word, and will be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes, and co-ordinating termination of employment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Preparing and posting notices and advertisements
  • Collecting and screening applicants
  • Advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes
  • Co-ordinating termination of employment process

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
