About the Role

Mir Transport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including vehicle operator work records and shipment tracking.

Monitor Workloads and Locations

Keep track of personnel workloads and locations to optimize dispatching and ensure efficient use of resources.

Perform General Office Duties

Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Advise Vehicle Operators

Communicate with vehicle operators to provide information on traffic and other issues that may affect delivery times.

Knowledge of Regulations

Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
