Role Overview
The Counter Service Associate reports directly to the Branch Manager and undertakes various responsibilities within the branch.
You Are: A self-sufficient individual, a collaborative team member, polite, and possess strong customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process incoming stock.
• Organize products in designated areas within the branch.
• Verify the accuracy and condition of received products and assembled items.
• Manage inventory and handle product returns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the storage areas, as well as the appearance of the counter and service zones.
• Welcome customers at the counter, confirm requested details, and occasionally process orders.
• Execute any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Familiarity with electrical products and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is an asset.
