Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Pizza Fiamma. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Disability Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Veteran Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Mature Worker Support: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Visible Minority Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, secondary school graduation certificate, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
