Electrical Work Pack Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering electrical and instrumentation work packs for onshore and offshore oil and gas assets. ", "Responsibilities": "- Plan and coordinate preventative and corrective work orders to ensure efficient maintenance execution.
- Collaborate closely with site-based electrical, instrumentation, process, and mechanical specialists to gather necessary documentation and create task-specific permit to work documentation.
- Identify and draft equipment electrical isolations, and group work orders to minimize permit to work requirements.
- Analyze cause and effect, drafting necessary bypasses for critical protection, and estimate job steps and resources needed for task completion.
- Review maintenance/job plans and relevant work instructions, and identify suitable quality inspection test records and inspection test plans.
- Liaise closely with maintenance and production coordinators to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution activities.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the oil and gas industry in work pack/permit preparation or a similar capacity.
- Relevant SMP or E&I trade/engineering qualification.
- Experience with work order/work pack development and execution.
- Understanding of estimating processes and associated principles.
- Able to interpret engineering standards, specifications, and drawings.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
