We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Ottawa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve profitability goals
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with corporate personnel to drive business growth and development
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the construction or restoration industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience with financial analysis and budgeting, with the ability to make informed business decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
