We invite you to explore a career opportunity with A&R Solutions as a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support to users, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of IT infrastructures. You will utilize tools such as AutoTask or similar ticketing platforms to effectively manage support inquiries.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and prioritize incoming support requests from users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges remotely.
- Provide assistance with Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the Office 365 environment.
- Monitor and address Office 365 service health concerns.
- Effectively manage escalations and participate in additional projects as required.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with AutoTask or equivalent ticketing systems.
Remote Application Skills:
- Proficient in AutoTask or similar ticketing solutions.
- Strong documentation and note-taking abilities.
- Experience with Remote Management tools.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Essential Skills:
- Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic skills in Active Directory management.
Preferred Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
- Microsoft 365 certifications.
- Progressing towards Office 365 certifications.
Working Hours:
- Standard operating hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
