Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Agriculture Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving profitable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on financial products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the bank remains competitive.
  6. Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial products and services.
  7. Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability.
  8. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in commercial banking or agriculture services.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
