Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, including assigning duties and tasks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Store Operations
- Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, including sales data and customer feedback.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
