Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing position for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
