- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Execute administrative functions of the organization.
- Manage policies and protocols concerning the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
- Coordinate and strategize office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in the formulation of operational budgets while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
- Newcomer and Refugee Support: Provides mentorship programs connecting newcomers and/or refugees with seasoned employees.
- Youth Support: Facilitates mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for young individuals.
- Indigenous Support: Offers mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
