Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting our quality and service standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for our food service staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
