Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
