Key Responsibilities- Assess the effectiveness of social and community service initiatives.
- Design and coordinate the implementation of social and community service programs.
- Address and mediate conflict situations as they arise.
- Oversee administrative and office functions.
- Supervise and mentor staff members.
- Provide emergency response support when necessary.
- Facilitate life skills workshops for clients.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Compile and prepare detailed reports.
- Completion of a criminal record check.
- Vulnerable sector check is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Driver's abstract required.
- Access to a personal vehicle is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
