Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the effectiveness of social and community service initiatives.
  • Design and coordinate the implementation of social and community service programs.
  • Address and mediate conflict situations as they arise.
  • Oversee administrative and office functions.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members.
  • Provide emergency response support when necessary.
  • Facilitate life skills workshops for clients.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff.
  • Compile and prepare detailed reports.
