Job Title: Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Groupe Fabmec ou Fabmec. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with blueprints and specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery and equipment
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Install and operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Hoisting and Rigging Training
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Work Environment:

As a Millwright, you will work in a variety of settings, including machinery installation, maintenance, and repair. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and may be required to travel to various locations.
