Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to join our Strategy Office, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This role is critical for driving the successful execution and governance of RCL's strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic program governance and manage interdependencies within initiatives and teams.
  • Own the health documentation of projects, tracking statuses against scope and budget, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • University degree in commerce or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience related to strategic planning, program/project management, or management consulting, with retail industry experience highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French (both oral and written).
