About Your Role

The Senior Manager, Strategy Execution will work closely with senior leaders to drive the execution of PSP's strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Business Lead (Groups) to ensure alignment with PSP's strategic plan
  • Developing comprehensive plans, coordinating, and executing interconnected initiatives
  • Acting as a catalyst to drive actions, propose solutions, and facilitate decision-making
  • Effectively communicating complex ideas, increasing program execution transparency, and promoting collaboration
  • Defining integrated plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring key metrics and success criteria are well understood
  • Facilitating the articulation of milestones for respective programs
  • Leading the definition and monitoring of specific initiative business cases and related financial planning and management
  • Contributing to the consolidation and preparation of recurring reporting to Senior executives' committees
  • Acting as an Ambassador for the Strategy Execution function by applying standard practices and enabling cohesion in the delivery of strategic programs

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in business transformation and project/program management
  • Experience in a financial institution or investment firm an asset
  • Consulting experience is a strong asset
  • Bachelor's degree in management, finance, or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • PMP designation a great asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt in an ambiguous and evolving environment
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to synthesize and document ideas and insights for executive-level consumption
  • Integrity, rigor, and diligence
  • Bilingualism: English and French
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
