Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries, including detailing the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
  • Perform paint protection and fabric protection services to maintain the vehicle's appearance and value.
  • Install rust modules to prevent corrosion and ensure the vehicle's structural integrity.
  • Buff and polish vehicles as required to maintain a showroom shine.
  • Maintain the detailing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Organize and prepare rental vehicles to meet customer needs.
  • Treat every vehicle as if it were your own, demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three to five years of experience as an automotive detailer.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to work on Saturday as per business needs.
  • Non-skid/safety shoes required.
