Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/Revit Designer to join our team at Kelson. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAD/BIM, specifically 3D modeling, Revit, and Navisworks. The individual will be responsible for preparing detailed design drawings for various ICI projects, working closely with the team to ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate design drawings for ventilation systems based on project specifications.
  • Create detailed fabrication drawings using Autodesk Fabrication, Revit, and other software programs.
  • Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Attend BIM site meetings and collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other team members.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience with working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, and other software programs.
  • Experience reading and interpreting large-scale project drawings, mechanical shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and codes.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
