Job Title: Team Leader, YMCA Kids Clubs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our YMCA Kids Clubs team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver programs and services to children and families
  • Develop and implement program plans and activities that meet the needs of children and families
  • Provide coaching and support to staff and volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders
  • Ensure the health and safety of children in your care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Emergency First Aid & CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
