About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Galaxy Cottage Construction. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain office routines, procedures, and protocols to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and timely execution.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
