Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stonehenge Transport Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and projects with the operations team, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a trucking company setting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
