Your Opportunity:
The Senior Care Coordinator, in collaboration with the Area Manager, oversees the daily operations and management of the professional nursing team, specialized staff, and support personnel within the Seniors North Home Care division. This role is pivotal in establishing and upholding exceptional standards of clinical practice. Key responsibilities include guiding, mentoring, and supporting staff to effectively and safely address client needs. The Senior Care Coordinator works in partnership to cultivate a healthy work environment, maintain productive relationships with all stakeholders, and facilitate the implementation of structural and procedural changes aimed at enhancing client satisfaction, quality of care, and cost efficiency.
