Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Charsobe Food Group Ltd. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that our business systems, network, and Internet services are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor technical support staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical staff and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone understands the technical aspects of our systems and services.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, software, and network administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
