We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dawat-E-Khas. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional results.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
