Senior Financial Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis to join our team at Hootsuite. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Financial Models: Create and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Strategic and Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including scenario modeling and risk/opportunity assessment, to inform business decisions.
- Business Unit Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on business unit performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Partner with the Data team to ensure consistency and reliability of key data.
- Experience: Significant relevant experience in an FP&A or similar role, preferably in a software or SaaS high-growth environment.
- Skills: Advanced financial modeling skills, including Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications, with the ability to translate ambiguity into succinct outputs.
- Education: Professional accounting designation, such as CPA or CFA, or an MBA, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
