Job Title: Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at CIC Experts Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Office Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and respond to emails.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain records, and order office supplies.
  • Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and processing payments.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
