About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts Service Technician to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and selling retail products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Provide timely and accurate delivery of parts to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail sales floor and parts warehouse.
  • Record all sales and customer transactions using our company-provided system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and product information, attending training and meetings as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and a positive attitude.
  • Monitor stock levels, reordering parts as needed to prevent shortages.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and shipping parts orders to customers and the shop.
  • Promote additional products or accessories to customers when applicable.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the parts department or organization.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in heavy equipment parts, automotive, industrial, or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with parts catalogs and reference materials.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Precision in identifying and handling parts accurately.
  • Ability to multitask and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • The sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products.
