Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our courier services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, such as delivery times and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of courier staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize courier operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent customer service.
