About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 1331076 B.C. as a key member of our sales and operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and control daily sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring optimal product mix and inventory levels.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Staffing and Development: Determine staffing requirements, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility and strong team player skills.
