We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Security team at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the threat profiles, activities, and trends that impact our organization and transform information collection into various intelligence products.
  • Support the overall security posture of the firm to identify and mitigate risks across our global offices.
  • Assist with the Travel Risk Management Program by providing analytical support and monitoring for potential impacts.
  • Support various tasks, as required, in response to incidents, investigations, or high-profile events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • 3-5 years of relevant analytical experience within the security or intelligence community.
  • 3-5 years of relevant threat intelligence collection and product development.
  • Experience in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) including knowledge of best practices, collection, and analytical techniques.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality reporting on complex issues in a high-tempo environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to present complex information simply and effectively.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to effectively process information from multiple sources and draw meaningful assessments.
  • Proven ability to build and foster professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on global security issues and organizational developments.
