Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations at Royal City Fire Supplies. This permanent role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while ensuring operational efficiency.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse setting, where you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing specific plans to prioritize tasks.
  • Organizing and coordinating activities with various departments.
  • Overseeing the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports.
  • Arranging maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolving work-related issues and providing technical guidance.
  • Training staff on policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory and requisitioning necessary materials.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Certificates: Forklift Operator Certification is required.
  • Specialization: Knowledge of specialized environmental skills is preferred.
Work Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring:

  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs).
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.
