Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
  • Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our housekeeping staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Language: English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
