Housekeeping Assistant

Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Housekeeping Tasks: Perform a range of housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning surfaces.
- Laundry and Linen: Manage the laundry and linen services, ensuring that residents' personal items are clean and available when needed.
- Assist Residents: Provide support to residents with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of care services, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
