Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, manage sales floor operations, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced retail environment that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy loads. A cellular phone is required for work purposes.
