Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at S&J Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
