We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at JOE- AMAN ELECTRIC MOTOR SR. LTD.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employee files and company documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
  • Manage schedules, including booking meetings and appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software
