Currently, Strathcona is on the lookout for a Field Administrator to enhance their team in Grande Prairie. The ideal candidate will deliver essential administrative assistance for the field office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the office personnel through effective scheduling, logistical coordination, and meticulous record management.
  • Oversee operational invoicing and maintain Accounts Payable tracking.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including document preparation, handling incoming communications, and managing paperwork.
  • Facilitate field visits, organize meetings, and assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support delivery logistics, document preparation, and Accounts Payable functions.
  • Manage Truck Tickets entry and coordinate special projects as required.
  • Assist the Health, Safety & Environment team and contribute to emergency response readiness.
  • Address software-related inquiries and undertake assigned projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Exceptional multitasking, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a positive disposition and the ability to work autonomously.
