Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Field Staff: Provide direct supervision to field staff, including mentoring and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate Logistics Operations: Coordinate logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods and services, including arranging for the servicing of fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics operations, including experience in a supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a fluctuating workload and prioritize tasks effectively. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
