Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at Earth to Table The Farm. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our gardens and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tie and secure plants to ensure their stability and growth.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain their shape and appearance.
  • Cut grass to maintain a neat and tidy lawn.
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our grounds clean and free of debris.
  • Remove litter and garbage to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to support plant growth.
  • Lay sod or seed to create new lawns and gardens.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience in landscape maintenance is an asset.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of small engine equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 30 to 44 hours per week. The language of work is English.
