About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at Sweet Gallery. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries and baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods for our customers.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Work Environment

Requirements
