Position Overview

As a Grocery Store Team Leader at MADANI FINE FOODS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 employees, including apprentices and sales staff.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new staff and facilitate their training to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Sales Management: Actively engage in selling merchandise and enhancing customer satisfaction.
