Administrative Support Associate and HR Specialist

Job SummaryWe're seeking an Inventory Control Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our continuous inventory system. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and analyze various reports, including sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and check out error records
- Enter and adjust store use inventory, cycle counting batches, and other inventory-related data
- Conduct price override adjustments and collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms
- Investigate scanning issues, review generic (dump) SKUs and invoices, and troubleshoot IT issues with store operations
- Investigate miscellaneous data integrity issues as they arise
- Ability to maintain accurate data integrity and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide support to other team members
- Excellent listening and communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills
- Prior retail, warehouse receiving, and logistics experience an asset
