About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at FUTURE-TECH CANADA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on merchandise and services
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and merchandising displays
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate sales records
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
